The Oklahoma State * University Environmental Health & Safety Department takes great pride in accepting the 1st Place Award for the best campus safety web page (among 26 entries) from the National Safety Council's Campus Safety, Health & Environmental Management Association ( CSHEMA).

Accepting the award was Don Pierce, Manager of EHS, along with Juanita Phelan and Leslie Miller, EHS webmasters.

The presentation was made at CSHEMA's annual conference, hosted by Tulane University, which was held July 19-24, 1998, in New Orleans.
