Reporting Safety Concerns
Call EHS with any concerns regarding the safety of campus personnel or facilities. Such concerns could include unsafe work environments or classrooms, risky or dangerous work practices, perceived poor indoor air quality, and more.
Emergency Safety Concerns
Report all emergency safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- 911 - depending on your location, either campus police or city police will be dispatched
- (405) 744-7241 - EHS office, open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- (405) 744-6523 - Campus Police non-emergency number
Anything that might cause injury to someone needs to be reported. This may include broken handrails, torn carpet, uneven sidewalks or other tripping hazards, faulty electrical outlets, and much more.
To report a maintenance issue, call EHS at (405) 744-7241 during regular office hours, or leave a voicemail, and we will respond no later than the next business day. If the issue requires immediate attention outside of normal business hours, contact the OSU Police Department non-emergency number at (405) 744-6523.
